• The integrity of the organization, venue or accommodating location.
• The reputation of the brand.
• The financial stability of the ecosystem.
• The mission to serve the broader community.

3. PMC — Per Met Criteria

PMC means that an applicant, member, partner, employee, volunteer, vendor, sponsor, or participant has satisfied the criteria applicable to the opportunity being offered.

• Identity verification.
• Membership eligibility.
• Payment or account status.
• Background screening where appropriate.
• Professional qualifications.
• Agreement to applicable policies and codes of conduct.
• Demonstrated good faith and ethical behavior.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Grounds for Restriction or Removal

Participation may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for conduct including, but not limited to:

• Fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
• Abuse, harassment, intimidation, or threats.
• Repeated violations of policies or agreements.
• Unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.
• Actions that materially damage trust or operational integrity.

7. Spirit of Restoration

Where practical and appropriate, coaching, corrective action, and structured re-entry opportunities may be considered. Our objective is restoration where possible, while protecting the broader community.

8. Relationship to the Mandate of EFIK

The 8th Cardinal Policy operationalizes the ethical principles of the Mandate of EFIK by translating those principles into practical participation standards.
