How Membership, Resumés and BWU Applications Work BAWT Inc • CK KUYA • SPIRHUMAIGE TECM — The Everyone-Can Movement

Regular ME-2 Membership

A resumé is not required to apply for regular ME-2 membership. Applicants begin by completing the Registration Criteria Form — RCF-01 and the applicable subscription process.

BWU Career Opportunities

Anyone applying for a listed BWU position must first complete RCF-01 and then submit a current resumé for career review.

What We Look for in a Resumé

A. Career Preference

State the position or area of work that most interests you. BAWT primarily wants to understand where you would prefer to participate, contribute and grow.

B. Experience and Interests

Tell us what you have previously done, what you enjoy doing and which responsibilities best match your interests and abilities.

C. Training and Certifications

Include relevant education, previous training, licences and certifications. This helps us understand suitable responsibilities, support needs and practical workload capacity.

D. Participation

Briefly explain how you would like to participate and contribute. Through active participation, more people, communities and vendors can discover opportunities while helping the Everyone-Can Movement grow and thrive.

The First 12 Months

The first 12 months are intended as a guided development, participation and training period designed to help each candidate build practical experience, confidence and workplace readiness.

A candidate with little or no direct experience—regardless of age or physical state, whether able or disabled—is not automatically rejected.

Where appropriate, a candidate may be considered for training, supervised participation, reasonable support and progressively increasing responsibilities.

The TECM membership model is designed so that eligible participants can develop platform-based earning opportunities without being required to make separate out-of-pocket training payments. Actual income depends on participation, eligibility, performance, available opportunities and applicable program terms.

The CK KUYA Long-Term Vision

The CK KUYA vision is to help participants build an additional, continuing stream of income alongside their primary employment— regardless of who their eventual full-time employer may be.

The long-term objective is to create the potential for two meaningful income streams.

This is a program objective and not a guarantee of employment, earnings or any particular income amount.
