Response to recent FAQ
Hey there—thank you for asking, it’s an important one.
A Founding Manager— helps build and guide the early growth of the organization. In our case, this means being part of the first leadership group shaping how the system develops and scales.
At a high level, the mission is to create an ecosystem where people can develop a second income stream and grow within one structured platform.
These early efforts—through events, publishing, and community initiatives—are all part of a larger pathway leading toward our long-term objective:
A Brain-Health & Cognitive R&D hospital initiative, focused on supporting innovation and those often underserved.
You can start part-time, based on your strengths, and grow into the role over time.

What does a Founding Manager do?
A Founding Manager leads and manages. The difference is that a Founding Manager is part of the first leadership group helping a new startup-phase mission build structure, organize people, and scale responsibly.
“A Founding Manager is a Pioneer of the organization & its developments.”
In BAWT & CK KUYA specifically:
- They help establish early operating systems, teams, and communication flow.
- They support one or more lanes such as events, advertising, publishing, onboarding, sales, operations, or cultural programming.

- They may grow into greater responsibility as participation, trust, and results develop.
How should a prospect begin?
Prospective managers should send a resume and mention their specific availability, strongest skills, certifications, preferred work areas, and any interest in social, community, event-based, creative, or performing-arts activities.
Recommended entry path:
Join part-time first, use the no-payment code at the beginning of the RCF-1 form, then select the B3n1 / 3-in-1 registration pathway. From there, gradually scale toward the area that feels most suitable and rewarding.
