❤️ That purpose continues through BAWT & CK KUYA™, together with SPIRHUMAIGE™ (SGAI) , as part of the long-term mission being developed toward 2045–2050.
✅ To date, more than 1,200 manuscript pages have been developed within the CK KUYA™ body of work, chronicling concepts, doctrine and the broader ideas emerging from the Mandate of EFIK.
☆ Over many years serving riders from around the world, I have had the privilege of meeting people from many cultures, communities and walks of life.

I’m reaching out to selected individuals with the initiative, ability and interest to pursue full-time, part-time or occasional management assignments within BAWT Inc.’s developing 13-Pillars structure.
This is not simply an invitation to apply for a title.
It is an invitation to discover what you are interested to contribute and help build further—as part of the continuing thread of people building this work for humanity.

A 12-Month + Leadership Development Pathway
No limit enforced — Participation required.
Approximately 12 months represents the intended leadership development pathway — not an automatic completion deadline.
Development may continue beyond 12 months as needed. Progress is connected to active participation, practical assignments, demonstrated responsibility, contribution and continuing development.
Prospective leaders will be expected to develop through approximately 12 months of practical online participation, training and assignments through BAWT.ca.
The pathway is designed to develop practical responsibility, leadership capability, initiative and measurable contribution within an evolving business ecosystem.
The important distinction:
You are not being asked to prove yourself to BAWT first.
The greater opportunity is to prove to yourself what you are capable of becoming and accomplishing.

No individual is expected to arrive experienced in every area. The objective is to identify where your abilities and interests fit, learn the ecosystem, contribute, accept responsibility and progressively develop toward leadership.
The training and development structure includes qualifying independent contractual engagements, with compensation connected to productive assignments, responsibilities and contribution. Salary discussed later for some positions.
