Welcome to BAWT Executive, your premium Black-car service under Blackhall & Associates World Travel Inc. (HST #772724480 RT0001). Use this page to book your airport transfer, corporate ride, point-to-point trip, or hourly service. Every confirmed booking receives a Booking ID and a confirmation email.

Step 1 — Select Your Service Type

Airport Transfer

Pick-up or drop-off at YYZ, YTZ, YHM, BUF, or any GTA location, for any other please specify.

Point-to-Point

Direct, private travel between any two locations or other out of town please specify.

Hourly / Charter Service

Ideal for events, meetings, weddings, and multi-stop itineraries.

NOTE / Stops & Waiting Times

While our service is basically flat rate type & flexible it is still based on time duration per pricing. Your charge or invoice may be adjusted.

Membership Short Code or Link Code (Optional)

Guests are always welcome. After your ride, you may choose to upgrade to an ME-2 membership and unlock LRCCr rewards, booking discounts, and community benefits.

Step 5 — Payment & Confirmation

Please choose how you would like to proceed. A standard deposit ensures priority dispatching for your trip. If you prefer a detailed quote before paying, you may request a full fare estimate.

If deposit is selected, you will be guided to complete payment after submitting this form, or you will receive a secure payment link from BAWT Executive.

What Happens Next

You will receive a and a copy of your request by email.
BAWT Executive will review your details and confirm availability.
You will receive either a secure payment link or a full quote (if requested).
Once payment is confirmed, your ride will be fully scheduled and dispatched.

After Your Ride — Rate & Unlock Rewards

After your completed trip, you will be invited to share feedback through Rate-My-Ride. Eligible reviews participate in the LRCCr — Loyalty Rewards Cashback Credits program, with surprise rewards at 30, 60, 90, and 120-day intervals.

Over time, qualified members may also become eligible for vacation accommodation certificates and future Everyone-Can participation opportunities.
