  • The roles of the 13. MDir are Top-tier management. They will be assigned a 2% the Corporate/Limited shares to specific engagements.
  • MDir engagement and assignments are not as employment at the start-up.
  • They are stated and engaged in the company as “Independent Consulting Contractors (ICC)”.
  • An MDir is authorized by BAWT-Inc organization for 12 consecutive months.
  • An MDir authorized association is Per the: (BAWT-Inc MVE-VVSP-MDir-xxx/ICC-101-xxx) validated under Ontario Employment Law contract.
  • They get compensation through a Structured Percentage Commission (SPC) base.
  • SPC applies when affiliates opt-in as a confirmed ME-2 member for at least 90 days. This is required as the Prerequisite for MDir applications.
  • The company requires a prerequisite before engaging the HR department for assignment training.
  • The hiring and HR Department will select from its list of applying confirmed affiliate ME-2 members.
  • These applicants will be assigned to “BAWT Inc Pre-Placement Training (PPT) for 90 days while are still commission base compensation.
  • After 90 days of training, they’re prepared to represent the brand. During the final 90 days, they also prepare to represent the brand. They are ready to be announced to the City of Toronto.

Many people have rotated, changed, or let go from their employment. They must hunt again for an employment replacement. This process is usually very difficult to find for reassignment.

This company, the organization is a transitional buffer and or replacement for lost job. This engagement provides a duality – in earning.

Policy & Membership

Non-Refundable Vacation Request Service Policy

The vacation “accommodations for two” certificates are complimentary promotional items and are not for sale. BAWT Inc. assumes no liability regarding the travel experience. All terms & conditions are specified on the certificates issued by the provider.

Membership Fee Promotion

The regular membership fee is waived for 12 months for each new sign-up.

Membership Tiers (Per Met Criteria)

  • ME-0 (Non-confirmed): Pays the admin fee per request and may receive up to three (3) vacation certificates. Admin fee: $12.99 per request, plus pick-up & drop-off charged at standard ride rates.
  • ME-1 (Confirmed): Admin fee: $39.97 for three (3) months; multiple requests allowed per month. One-time 30% referral reward when a new paid member joins.
  • ME-2 (Confirmed Loyalty): Admin fee: $12.99 × 12 months with 5% LRCCr cashback (net ≈ $148.10/yr). Multiple requests allowed per month. One-time 30% referral reward for each new paid member; 15% commission on ME-2 referral purchases for 12 months; additional 2% bonus on future sales (per eligibility). ME-2 receives full access to all 100+ membership benefits.

(ME-2) Managing Director

President Appointed MDir

Until one has started to represent the brands, after over 12 consecutive months & PMC,

  • Your 2% perk-benefits will stay segmented. It applies to each of your team groups of 20 new referrals. They must sign up through your account URL, earn over a 12 months-period-payout.

Junior Manager

By signing an agreement, earnings will be based on:

  •  30% – 1-time per each new successful sign-up,
  •  30% after $4,200/mth sales quota or (15%- sales comm, +15% after $4200 /own-sales/mth, 
  • 5% – LRCCr. You will also get 2% segmented shares. This is per each of your group teams of 20 new referrals. The referrals must be signed-up through your account URL. The period for these sign-ups is a single year (per 12 months).

Junior Director,

  • Your earnings will then be from 30% of all own monthly sales. You will also earn 5% from LRCCr. Additionally, you get 2% from the segmented teams of 20-new sign-up sales.

Limited/Corporate RVP-Shareholder (Regional. VP-Status)

  • Upon successfully learned and managed your division,
  • You have properly served your teams over 12 consecutive months,
  • You are personally ready to be referred to the city of Toronto, CRA, and WSIB. You will do so as a BAWT INC Managing Director.

What Follows the RVP Status? Earnings

In reference to your 2% segment-team-shares—

  • Your promotion & earnings status will derive from full 30% from your own sales via account.
  • Promotion & earnings status will also include 5% from LRCCr.
  • Additionally, there is an assigned 2% Corporate Shares Dividend (CSD) income across the brands,
    • (CSD) are not segmented shares.
    • (CSD) earnings are not from any owned (or purchased) shares.
    • CSDs are the company’s bonus benefits approved by the President or the VP. (They are annually renewable).
    • CSDs are not transferable.
    • CSD earnings (alone not the actual shares from the current year) are transferable to a member’s estate,
    • (CSD) shares agreement are not for sale and belongs to the company,
    • CSD shares follows the post and not the individuals.
