ONLINE LADR-HUB

The Learning & Development Hub offers structured learning resources.

  • These resources support safe, ethical, and effective participation across the CK KUYA ecosystem.
  • These resources aim to help members understand communities.
  • They build confidence and align with shared Spirhumaige standards.
  • The alignment occurs across creative, cultural, and contribution pathways.

Learning within the Hub is supportive and practical.

It is crafted to cater to people at their current stage. This includes those who are newly boarded. It also supports returning participants and experienced professionals engaging with CK KUYA initiatives.

Learning Participation Guidance

Members should start learning within 90 days of onboarding.

They should finish foundational learning within the first year of membership. Learning is self-paced and flexible, allowing individuals to progress according to personal circumstances, experience, and areas of interest.

ONLINE LADR-HUB

This is particularly recommended to Managers & Sales Ambassadors.

  • Many people in the rural or countryside areas will need coaching.
  • People who are marginalized and have a mobile phone,
  • People with internet access can start their Free ME-$0 account.
  • People without a mobile smart phone—they can still join with managers assistance.
  • They can learn how to advertise like regular sales staff, representatives, or ambassadors without speaking directly with anyone.
  • They’ll earn a commission from the BAWT Inc corporate advertising & publishing, and from all forms of online advertising.

PRE or POST RETREATS

System & Resource Retreats

Retreats are planned and offered —In the Toronto, GTA, Ontario, Canada.

We have organized accommodations to be at no charge outside of Jamaica. This is per our invitation and it includes a complimentary hotel stay from 3-5 nights.

  • We do not make arrangements or promise for individual stays or are liability responsible.
  • We only help to reduce costs for our members, which also depends on the participating hotels availability.
  • We only issues global complementary certificates to hotels/resorts stays. That’s all!

We have incorporated a 2-3 days retreat.

It helps with fast-tracking and provides one on one sharing.

The retreat includes:
  • A collaborative group for fast acknowledgment of the CK KUYA ecosystem.
  • It highlights the benefits for individuals, international participants, and global communities.

These learning activities form part of CK KUYA’s internal orientation, safety, and community-standards process. They are not formal education programs and do not issue government-recognized degrees, diplomas, or professional certifications.

Learning Areas Within the Hub

1. Foundations & Orientation
  • Introduces members to the CK KUYA ecosystem, including values, conduct, safety, and ethical participation. 
  • This area supports understanding how the community functions and how individuals can join responsibly.
2. Community Readiness & Personal Development
  • Supports confidence, communication, accountability, and basic digital readiness.
  • This learning helps participants engage more effectively across CK KUYA platforms and initiatives.
3. Creative & Cultural Learning Pathways
  • Offers learning related to writing, storytelling, cultural expression, and creative collaboration.
  • These pathways support CK KUYA’s creative mission, including alignment with the Writers Club and future performing arts initiatives.
4. Participation, Contribution & Service Readiness
  • Supports members who wish to contribute time, skills, or services.
  • Topics include ethical participation, representation, respectful engagement,
  • Understanding contribution pathways without implying employment guarantees.
5. Experience-Based Fast-Track Learning
  • Participants with prior skills or professional experience can progress through learning more efficiently.
  • They focus on alignment, ethics, and ecosystem understanding.
  • This helps them avoid repeating familiar material.
6. Advanced & Leadership Learning (Future / Internal)
  • Advanced learning areas focused on leadership, stewardship, and governance principles will be introduced later and developed internally.
  • These are not open-access and are not part of first onboarding.
7. Learning as Ongoing Support
  • Learning within the CK KUYA ecosystem is designed to be supportive rather than restrictive.
  • Members may engage with learning resources at different stages of their journey.
  • They can return to them as needed while participating across CK KUYA divisions and initiatives.
8. Relationship to CK KUYA Structure
  • Learning areas do not replace governance or leadership structures.
  • CK KUYA’s Structural Division Pillars represent governance and departmental oversight. 
9. Pillar Participation are the “Top-tier” Levels of management.

Members at ME-0 and ME-1 levels participates under these Pillar structures, but do not serve as Pillars. Upgrade to ME-2+
